While a relatively new addition to the New York scene, when THE HARLEM SHAKES first played TISWAS they tore through an excellent set of high energy dance pop/rock complete with an audience of screaming young ladies (and a few lads). We look forward to THE HARLEM SHAKES first TISWAS headline show.

BLING KONG - 10:30
BLING KONG believe that if you 'buy our t-shirts you will get laid.' That remains to be seen, but what we can tell you is that BLING KONG have two, or it could be three drummers, a couple of guitarists, four cheerleaders as well as assorted video DJs, stylists and photographers. Musically they have been compared to bands such as the Go-Go's, the Sparks and Austin Powers(?). We look forward to their TISWAS debut.

UNISEX SALON is a motley crue (sic) of young visual artists and models who, under the supervision of renowned Strokes producer Gordon Raphael, laid down their blueprint of a distinct rock spin on 80s-inspired New Wave pop in an East Village basement. Their sexy, high energy shows have already attracted a loyal fanbase, so come early and catch their TISWAS debut.
