We are proud to finally wecome the fantastic THE BOGGS to the TISWAS
stage! The Boggs perform music out of time, somewhere between traditional
blue grass and punk, but performed with the intensity of punk rock.
Their upcoming album 'Stitches' moves beyond their reverntial first
album, 'we are the boggs we are', to a place unmistakably their own.
MADISON STRAYS

NYC scene. MADISON STRAYS have been likened to a modern take on Psychedelic
Furs, complete with discopunk drum beats & requisite glam swagger.
MESMER

Some bands wish to ride on coat-tails, some wish to find a small niche,
New York City's, Mesmer, insists on completely remaking & remodeling
the world of Rock-n-Roll. Blending the ambitious-yet savage tones of
early 70's British Glam with the mindfulness and artiness of the 80's
New Romantic Era, Mesmer have spent the past year showcasing their unique
new sound to the various clubs in the New York City Area. For fans of
Bowie, The Verve and Suede.

Mining such influences as The Jam, The Kinks, XTC, early Who and Elvis
Costello & the Attractions THE ANDERSON COUNCIL's Brit infused pop
has the hooks of their influences which has earned them spins on Steve
Van Zandt's syndicated "Little Steven's Underground Garage"
amongst others.
